Warehouse RMA Associate, Clarksville, TN

The RMA Specialist manages the reverse logistics side of the Data Center (DC). This role is critical for processing faulty and damaged product returning from the field. This job requires a Drug Screen and a Background Check. Qualifications & Skills

• Skills and knowledge in SAP are required.
• Must be a fast learner

**Good Computer Skills are Required**

salary: $16.9 - $16.901 per hour

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Manage the reverse logistics flow within the DC.
• Process faulty/damaged product to the manufacturer for repair, replacement, or return to inventory.
• Perform DECOMs (decommissioning) of racks.
• Conduct receiving, shipping, and put away functions for the department.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 35lbs
