* Conduct management reviews of the Quality System * Responds to customer inquiries and complaints and provide solutions * Prepares and leads organization for ISO-9001 and IATF-16949 audits * Provides leadership oversight and governance for site‑level HSE programs, ensuring effective execution by the HSE Officer and site leadership team* Ensure effective site level review and analyzation of HSE performance indicators to identify trends, prioritize risks, and support informed leadership decisions

* Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field. * 6+ years in quality management. * Familiarity with 8D, FMEA, ISO standards. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * General demonstrated knowledge of OSHA General Industry Standards
