As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring associates to provide the best customer service, and support the Store Manager in all aspects of the store’s operations to ensure growth and profitability.

Our sales team earns an hourly base pay rate, monthly commission, and full-time associates receive health benefits too.

Requirements

High School Diploma/Equivalent or better

Management Experience preferred

Proven Retail Experience, at least 1 year

Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities

Quality charm, and bracelet sales experience is preferred.
