The Company is in need of an Executive Director with a strong background in multi-site, P&L ownership, and full operational accountability.
The successful candidate will be a proven executive leader with a track record of managing decentralized operating models and leading long-tenured teams through change.
A deep commitment to community impact and mission-driven work is essential, as is the ability to build and sustain relationships with donors, boards, and community stakeholders.
Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include leading all operations in the designated area, managing the county P&L, budgets, and financial performance, and overseeing program delivery to ensure alignment with the organization's mission and strategic goals.
The role also involves representing the organization publicly, fostering community partnerships, and driving organizational results through data-informed decision-making and performance metrics.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community engagement, be adept at developing revenue growth strategies, and be able to lead and develop direct reports to drive accountability and a culture of excellence.
