The Role&Responsibilities

As a key member of the evening production team, you won't just be "watching a machine"you will be responsible for the integrity of high-value components. Precision Execution:

Interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings to ensure every part meets exact specifications.

Quality Mastery:

Utilize micrometers, calipers, and other precision gauges to maintain strict tolerances.

Output&Efficiency:

Drive production to meet volume and quality goals without compromising on detail.

Operational Ownership:

Monitor machine performance, make necessary setup adjustments to optimize runs, and assist with basic preventative maintenance.

Technical Literacy:

You are highly proficient in reading blueprints and navigating shop math.

The Right Tools:

You have hands-on experience with standard manual inspection devices (Mics, Calipers, Depth Gauges).
