Production Workers

for a boat trailer manufacturing facility in Clearwater, Florida. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position in a hot and humid outdoor manufacturing environment. Candidates must be comfortable lifting heavy materials, standing for long periods, and using hand and power tools throughout the shift.Work Environment: Outdoor/Indoor manufacturing environment Hot and humid conditions Fast-paced production setting Team-oriented workplace Job Duties: Build and assemble boat trailers Use hand and power tools such as saws, drills, and torque/pressure guns Safely handle and move heavy materials Stand and work for extended periods throughout the shift Follow workplace safety procedures and production standardsPhysical Requirements: Ability to independently lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable performing physical labor throughout the entire shift Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather conditions Steel toe boots or shoes required Qualifications: Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required Reliable transportation and good attendance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and willingness to learnApply today to join a growing production team in Clearwater.
