food manufacturer producing soups, dressings, dips, and compound butters

distributed to high-end restaurants. This is a hands-on production role with opportunities to learn multiple departments and advance once hired full-time. Job Summary

The Heavy Production Associate will work in various production cells handling ingredients, batching, cooking, and packaging. This role requires

regular heavy lifting

and the ability to work in temperature-controlled environments. The client is willing to

train motivated, dependable individuals

with the right attitude. Production Areas (3 Cells) Hot Side Cooking&Bagging Cold Side Cooking&Bagging Compound Butter Department Frequent walking in and out of freezer areas pushing, bending, lifting required Temperature range: approximately 61-65°F

Responsibilities Lift and handle ingredient bags up to 50 lbs Assist with cooking, batching, and bagging processes Operate pallet jack Measure ingredients accurately (basic math skills helpful) Cross-train in multiple departments Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards Follow production schedules and safety guidelinesRequirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently Dependable, trainable, and positive attitude Mechanical aptitude is a plus (machine operation training provided) Basic math skills for measuring ingredients Previous food manufacturing or manufacturing experience preferred but not requiredSpanish-speaking candidates required for training Compensation&Advancement $15.00/hour Advancement opportunities available once hired full-time Work Environment Food production facility Standing, lifting, and physical work throughout the shift Temperature-controlled areas, including freezer access Apply Today
