Activities Assistant Responsibilities Follow activities calendar to ensure a varied and enjoyable program for residents Encourage resident participation in activities and provide support as needed Follow resident plans of care to ensure activities are tailored to individual needs Complete room visits and one-on-one visits with residents Update activity logs for each resident daily Collaborate with the Activities Director to develop activities based on resident preferences Activities Assistant Requirements: CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT LICENSE CNA PREFERRED Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines If you share our commitment to providing exceptional care and are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we invite you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
