A New Port Richey apartment community is seeking a Certified Maintenance Technician to join the on‐site team. This position focuses on resident work orders, make‐ready work, and preventative maintenance. Responsibilities Complete resident work orders in a timely, professional manner.

Perform make‐ready tasks for vacant units, including repairs and painting.

Assist with preventative maintenance and inspection readiness.

Communicate clearly with residents and office staff regarding repairs and timelines.

Qualifications 1+ year of maintenance experience; multifamily experience is a plus.

Certification in HVAC/EPA, electrical, plumbing, or similar trade strongly preferred.

Reliable, self‐motivated, and able to work full‐time in the New Port Richey area.
