- Data Coordination: Process and track client orders using Excel spreadsheets with high accuracy.
- Administrative Support: Manage email templates and professional communications through Microsoft Outlook.
- Production Assistance: Assist with printing tasks and prep physical materials for production runs.
- Project Tracking: Work side-by-side with the production team to meet strict deadlines and quality standards.
- Office Operations: Support day-to-day clerical needs to keep the facility running smoothly.
- Experience: Previous experience in an office, clerical, or administrative setting is preferred.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry/tracking) and Microsoft Outlook is required.
- Environment: Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production/print shop environment (active setting, not just a quiet office).
- Attributes: strong ability to multitask, highly organized, and an eagle-eye for detail.
