  • Database Mastery: Take the reins of database queries and stored procedures, optimizing and normalizing data structures to power their systems.
  • Ad Hoc Reporting: Be ready to jump in when custom reporting needs arise, providing insights that drive key decisions.
  • Documentation is Key: Keep meticulous records, from SOPs to version histories, ensuring everything is organized and up to date.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: We encourage continued learningstay on top of the latest trends and technologies to keep the team at the cutting edge.



What You Bring to the Table:



  • Development Expertise: With at least 2+ years of front-end development experience (VB.NET preferred) and 7+ years of database development, youve honed your skills in stored procedures, functions, design, debugging, and optimization.
  • Extra Credit:** Experience with SharePoint development, Microsoft Azure, and Tableau reporting is a big plus!
  • Problem-Solving Pro: Youre a critical thinker who loves solving challenges independently and efficiently.
  • Multi-Tasking Maven: Juggling multiple projects at once? No problemyoure organized, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
