Research Associate, Ohio

Currently seeking an Assistant Research Associate for a prominent client of ours.  This position is based in Cleveland, OH. Details for the position are as follows:

Pay: $21/hr.

3-month assignment with possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.

Responsibilities:

Perform and document laboratory procedures, solution preparation, and labeling in compliance with protocols, SOPs, and regulatory standards.

Support study execution and assay/method validation with oversight; assist in data analysis using relevant software.

Conduct lab maintenance tasks, manage consumable inventory, and operate lab instruments under supervision.

Draft deviations and contribute to process improvement initiatives while developing troubleshooting and time management skills.

Communicate effectively with team members and adapt to changing schedules, including occasional extended or weekend hours.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in a Life Science with academic lab experience.

Experience with basic lab maintenance is Required.

Experience with labeling and solution prep is Preferred.

Experience with inventory management is Preferred.
