Location: Onsite – Cleveland, OH 44109

Contract Duration: 12 Weeks (Firm End Date)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (5 days/week)

Shift: First shift (8-hour shift with flexible start/end times)

 

Position Overview:

We are seeking Warehouse Associates to support a critical 12-week project within a hospital warehouse environment. This role involves hands-on inventory and logistical support for a new hospital build in the Cleveland area. Candidates must be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently to ensure timely completion of project tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble, label, and track inventory items in preparation for hospital setup.

Organize and manage clean supply rooms for efficient inventory operations.

Troubleshoot and resolve logistical or documentation issues without direct supervision.

Communicate effectively with team members to maintain project momentum.

Think critically and adapt processes to keep tasks on schedule.

 

Requirements:

Experience: 1–3 years in warehousing or similar roles

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

 

Preferred Background:

Experience in a healthcare or hospital environment

Familiarity with medical supplies or products

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment

Self-starter with proven problem-solving skills

 

Additional Requirements:

Proof of COVID-19 and Influenza vaccination

Successful completion of a drug screen and background check
