We’re looking for a Collections Team Lead who knows how to manage a high-volume phone team, keep agents on script, and motivate them to hit hourly, daily, and weekly goals. This is not a “sit back and manage” role—this is a hands-on leadership position where your tone, energy, and urgency set the bar every day.
What You’ll Do
Manage and lead a team of appointment setters making outbound calls to hot leads.
Coach agents daily on phone tactics, objection handling, and setting firm, qualified appointments.
Use performance metrics (dials, contacts, conversions, appointments set) to drive accountability.
Be in the trenches—listening to calls, giving live feedback, and constantly raising the bar.
Identify underperformance quickly and implement correction plans or personnel changes.
Motivate through a mix of coaching, consequences, and energy—this is a performance-first environment.
Report daily results to upper management and contribute to strategy.
What We’re Looking For
Strong background in collections, phone sales, or outbound call centers—this isn’t customer service.
Proven success managing a team in a quota-driven environment.
Ability to lead by example, maintain high standards, and demand results.
Thick skin, sharp instincts, and zero tolerance for excuse-making.
Comfortable with CRMs, call tracking systems, and coaching scripts.
Someone who’s naturally competitive, structured, and thrives under pressure.
