Architectural Project Manager - Health Care - Cleveland, OH #(phone number removed)

Salary Range: $90K - $125K Permanent Position with Benefits.

A rapidly expanding multi-state architectural & engineering firm is seeking an Architectural Project Manager for their Cleveland office. The Architectural Project Manager initiates and manages health care projects from inception to completion.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

Registered Architect in the state of Ohio

TEN (10) years minimum industry experience with health care projects.

Experience working for an Architectural/Engineering Consultant or healthcare related firm is required.

Healthcare Design experience is a plus.

Must have good work planning, team facilitation and financial management skills.

Experience/knowledge with Revit.

Strong knowledge of FGI, NFPA and ICC codes a plus.

Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Must have excellent organizational skills.

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook. MS Project)

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
