Duties

Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.

Conduct door-to-door sales as well as outside sales efforts to expand market reach.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop effective sales strategies and improve overall performance.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
Provide feedback on customer interactions to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
Skills

Proven experience in Sales, particularly in Technical Sales or Energy Sales.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Experience in Outside Sales and Door-to-Door Sales is needed.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Leadership qualities that contribute to team success and motivation.
