As the
Accounting & Office Operations Manager
, you are the "Right Hand" of our business operations.
You will oversee all financial functions while leading a small, dedicated administrative team.
This is a role for a "system-builder" who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership:
Drive company success by overseeing all AP/AR, billing, and general ledger operations.
Audit & Accuracy:
Optimize office efficiency by managing meticulous accounting records, preparing monthly financial reports, and performing internal audits to ensure fiscal health.
Process Optimization:
Streamline office workflows and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure the business runs seamlessly at all times.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor administrative assistants, delegating tasks such as order entry, filing, and scanning to ensure maximum department productivity.
Ideal Candidate
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Strongly preferred).
Experience:
5+ years of experience in accounting and/or Office Management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Software:
Advanced proficiency in
QuickBooks
and experience with ERP systems.
