This role is critical in maintaining workflow efficiency, supporting technicians, and ensuring all service-related documentation and processes are properly managed./pulliPerform daily time and material charge entries for field technicians, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all service
jobs/liliCreate and manage purchase order (PO) entries in the ERP system/liliAssist with job quoting, including preparing estimates and supporting documentation./liliTrack and maintain records for Field Service equipment calibration, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards./liliCoordinate and order supplies for field technicians, ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained./liliMaintain accurate service records, job files, and documentation/liliCommunicate with technicians and internal departments to support service operations/liliMonitor job progress and update systems as needed/liliAssist with scheduling and administrative support for field service activities/liliHelp onboard new technicians by coordinating paperwork, system access, and training schedules/liliFollow company procedures, safety guidelines, and service-level standards/li/ulpQualifications and Competencies:/pulli2+ years of administrative or service coordination experience (field service environment preferred)/liliStrong data entry skills with high attention to detail/liliExperience with ERP or service management systems is a plus/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)/liliExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities/liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills/liliPossess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong PC, and organizational skills./liliBuild strong relationships with administrative staff, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and field technicians./liliExcels at organization, time-management, problem-solving, critical thinking, attention to detail and budgeting./liliMust be willing to confidently submit to the background and drug screening process./li/ulpYoull thrive at IPS if you/pp Lead with integrity and prioritize safety.
