Landscape Maintenance&Horticulture Manager

(75% in field / 25% in office.) Manage up to three crews that perform detailed property maintenance for our residential and commercial properties within Northeast Ohio. Providing our clients superior service experience, property care and enhancement, while carrying out professional horticultural practices. Reports directly to VP Operations and help develop a strategy, job scope and operational tracking system to accomplish all exterior maintenance aspects for our clients. Including but not limited to; lawn cutting, string trimming, edging, blowing debris, cleanups, mulching, pruning, shearing, annual plantings, planting enhancements, water feature care, low voltage LED lighting maintenance, snow removal etc.Landscape Maintenance&Horticulture Manager is also responsible for jobsite and equipment safety and proper horticultural training for all team members within the maintenance division. Additional landscape maintenance and enhancement sales for current and potential clients could lead to additional compensation and commission.
