The Full-Charge Bookkeeper will manage financial records for a small to mid-sized business including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, financial statement preparation and will report directly to the President. The ideal Full-Charge Bookkeeper has 5 or more years of experience as a Bookkeeper, is proficient with accounting systems, understands GAAP, and has an eye for detail and accuracy. The Full Charge Bookkeeper is a full-time, in-office, temp to hire position in Fresno, CA. Full Charge Bookkeeper Duties&Responsibilities: Use The General Ledger to Process Financial Statements on Cash&Accrual Basis Prepare Bank Reconciliations For All Cash Accounts, Create Journal Entries&Maintain Accrual Schedules Produce Timely&Accurate Monthly Financial Reports Assist With New Accounts, Financial Reports,&Accounting Systems or Software Support, Review,&Approve All Accounts Payable&Accounts Receivables Prepare, Review,&Assist With Annual Recovery Reconciliations&Estimated Billings Reconcile General Ledger Accounts With Supporting Schedules Monthly Prepare Monthly Standard Reporting Packages&Response to Managers&Clients Inquiries Assist With Annual Budgets, Prepare Audit Packages,&Provide Lender Reports as Required Full Charge Bookkeeper Requirements&Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required AA in Accounting or Finance Required, Bachelors Preferred 5+ Years of Full Charge Bookkeeping Experience Required Solid Experience With Quickbooks, Accounting Software, MS Office&Excel Solid Understanding of GAAP&Multi Entity Accounting is a Plus Demonstrates Exceptional Work Ethic, Attention to Detail&Driven by Deadlines Highly Analytical&Possesses Superb Attention to Detail, Organization&Multitasking Skills
