Whether providing a discreet presence or a visible deterrent, ODOs at Inter-Con deliver professionalism, leadership, and situational awareness at high-value sites./ppResponsibilities/pulliFollow all Nike post orders and safety protocols./liliComply with health safety guidelines (e.g., proper face coverings, agency-approved uniform)./liliMaintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times./liliMake sound decisions independently and respond calmly under pressure./liliRemain at your designated post unless otherwise directed./liliObserve and respond promptly to emergencies or suspicious activity./liliMonitor, patrol, and safeguard Nike assets, patrons, and facilities./liliEscort athletes to and from their vehicles if requested./liliAssist with line control and hazard awareness as needed./liliStay alert and maintain constant awareness of your surroundings./liliReport concerns or incidents clearly and promptly to Store Leadership./liliMaintain detailed and accurate reports and records when required./liliCommunicate professionally with Nike leadership, team members, and customers./li/ulpRequirements/pulliBe a U.S. Citizen and is 21 years of age or older./liliActive or Retired Sworn Law Enforcement with current POST Certification./liliAgency ID Card with CCW Firearms Endorsement (Required)./liliValid BSIS Armed Security License./liliMust have at a minimum three (3) years of experience as a Law Enforcement Officer with arrest authority or three (3) years of prisoner handling and detention experience as a Corrections, Detention,or Military Police Officer./liliHold a high school diploma or General Equivalency Development (GED) credential./liliMust be physically capable of standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods (8+ hours)./liliStrong judgment, conflict de-escalation skills, and emotional intelligence./liliHave a honorable or general discharge if a Veteran./liliMust pass a comprehensive background check./li/ulpLicensing, Certification Support/pulliWe provide assistance with CPR and First Aid certification to ensure all officers are prepared for any emergency./liliMust carry valid government-issued ID and licenses while on duty./liliContinued compliance with state and site-specific training and certification is required./li/ulpWhy Work at Inter-Con?
