About the Role Reporting to the Vice President for Marketing&Corporate Communications in the Philippines, and the Chief Customer Success Architect in the US, the Marketing Director will play a key role in shaping and executing impactful strategies for the North American market. Responsibilities Marketing Strategy Development: Design and execute innovative marketing strategies to target and convert prospects in North America, aligning with Inspiro's global marketing objectives. Sales Pipeline Generation: Help build and manage a USD40 million annual pipeline to meet revenue goals. Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing plan tailored to attract and engage prospects in North America. This includes leveraging SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing to drive lead generation and brand visibility. Thought Leadership: Represent Inspiro in industry panel discussions, webinars, and conferences as a thought leader, showcasing expertise in CX&BPS management and promoting the company's value proposition. Will serve as a spokesperson for Inspiro in North America, delivering impactful presentations and speeches at industry events and forums. Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content, including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and presentations, that resonate with the North American audience. Collaboration: Work closely with the global marketing team, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding. Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, thought leadership, and strategy development in a BPO environment. Required Skills Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies that align with business goals. Digital Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant technologies. Public Speaking: Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills, with experience representing organizations in industry events and panels. Content Creation: Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with global stakeholders. Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make informed decisions. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and external audiences. Cultural Awareness: Understanding of North American market dynamics and cultural nuances, with the ability to work effectively in a global team. Established Network: Strong connections within the North American business community and industry associations. Additional Requirements Domestic and International travel will be required.
