Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IT leaders, business partners, and cross-functional team members.
- Coordinate with product teams and leadership to plan and deliver application documentation and onboarding support.
- Develop and execute knowledge-sharing and training plans, including curriculum, schedules, materials, milestones, and progress reporting.
- Facilitate the collection of documentation and support onboarding of new team members.
- Prepare project updates, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Positively influence stakeholders by managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and aligning teams to transformation goals.
- Apply change management practices to minimize resistance and maximize adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Maintain effective communication channels to enable continuous feedback.
- Partner with finance teams to track, manage, and report on project budgets and spend.
- Use data and metrics to establish baselines, measure outcomes, share insights, and prioritize delivery.
- Practice Agile delivery, continuously evaluating progress to focus on high-value initiatives.
- Support enterprise-wide Agile and DevOps transformation efforts as needed.
- Experience managing IT projects using structured project management methodologies.
- Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile product and project management tools.
- Experience supporting large enterprise technology transformations.
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs or curriculum.
- Strong understanding of change management principles.
- Experience managing project budgets and financial tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage internal teams, external partners, and third-party vendors.
- Airline industry experience and product management exposure (preferred).
- Bachelors.
