Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Review weekly operational and performance reports for accuracy and relevance.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Recommend and support implementation of process changes based on insights.
  • Present findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
  • Create operational tickets based on identified issues or stakeholder requests.
  • Track tickets from initiation through resolution, ensuring timely updates and follow-through.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and close tickets efficiently.
  • Maintain a running log of all tickets, including creation date, status, progression notes, and final outcomes.
  • Ensure logs are updated regularly and accessible for reporting and audit purposes.
  • Provide summaries or dashboards of ticket activity to leadership as needed.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of priorities and execution.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Organize and facilitate discussions to resolve issues and drive improvements.

Skills:
  • Data Analysis, Ticket Management, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk
  • Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk)

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
