Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform standard and non-routine tasks to resolve customer issues.
  • Review, analyze, and cleanse data for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide on-site support at service centers as needed.
  • Manage exception reporting for flagged purchase orders.
  • Resolve order processing issues from third-party processors.
  • Create and process customer orders in SAP for quoted jobs/installs.
  • Submit invoices through vendor portals, ensuring system compatibility.
  • Support customer master data workflows as required.
  • Ensure safe work practices and customer-focused service delivery.
  • Demonstrate accountability, innovation, teamwork, and results-driven performance.
