Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage CAPEX and tech transfer projects in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
  • Drive full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, quality, and external vendors.
  • Oversee design, construction, commissioning, and change control activities.
  • Ensure projects meet cost targets, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and financial updates to senior leadership.
  • Manage vendor sourcing, contracting, and performance (design, construction, equipment providers).
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP regulations and company governance processes.
  • Identify and resolve complex project risks and issues independently.

Skills:
  • 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in biopharma or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong experience with CAPEX projects and tech transfer.
  • Deep understanding of cGMP regulations and quality standards.

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelors.
