Description

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage CAPEX and tech transfer projects in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
Drive full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, quality, and external vendors.
Oversee design, construction, commissioning, and change control activities.
Ensure projects meet cost targets, timelines, and quality standards.
Communicate project status, risks, and financial updates to senior leadership.
Manage vendor sourcing, contracting, and performance (design, construction, equipment providers).
Ensure compliance with cGMP regulations and company governance processes.
Identify and resolve complex project risks and issues independently.

Skills:

10+ years of project management experience, preferably in biopharma or manufacturing environments.
Strong experience with CAPEX projects and tech transfer.
Deep understanding of cGMP regulations and quality standards.
