Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage CAPEX and tech transfer projects in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
- Drive full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, quality, and external vendors.
- Oversee design, construction, commissioning, and change control activities.
- Ensure projects meet cost targets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Communicate project status, risks, and financial updates to senior leadership.
- Manage vendor sourcing, contracting, and performance (design, construction, equipment providers).
- Ensure compliance with cGMP regulations and company governance processes.
- Identify and resolve complex project risks and issues independently.
- 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in biopharma or manufacturing environments.
- Strong experience with CAPEX projects and tech transfer.
- Deep understanding of cGMP regulations and quality standards.
