About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to take on a pivotal, hands-on leadership role.
The successful candidate will be a trusted strategic partner to ownership and executive leadership, with a focus on the full financial picture, including accounting oversight, banking relationships, cash flow strategy, contracts, risk management, and long-term financial planning.
This is not a ceremonial position; the role is set up for a leader who is ready to be deeply involved in the day-to-day operations and who can bring real influence to the organization.
The VP of Finance will lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management, and will be responsible for mentoring an internal team, driving compliance, and ensuring financial discipline across the company and its affiliated entities.
The ideal candidate for this role at the company is a seasoned finance leader with a background in a private, capital-intensive business.
Strong expertise in banking, balance sheets, and cash flow is essential, and a CPA is strongly preferred.
While a background in homebuilding, construction, real estate development, or a related industry is a plus, it is not a prerequisite.
