Mason Law & Planning Group is growing and seeking an Associate Attorney who wants to build a long-term practice serving families and business owners in the Monument and Colorado Springs area.

About the Role
This full-time, onsite role focuses on estate planning, business planning, probate, and trust administration.
You will work directly with clients to understand their goals and help design plans that protect their families, businesses, and legacies.
This role offers the opportunity to deepen your estate planning expertise while building strong client relationships and working closely with a supportive legal team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct estate planning consultations with clients
Design and implement estate and business planning strategies
Draft trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and related documents
Guide clients through probate and trust administration matters
Participate in educational events and community outreach
Requirements
What We Are Looking For
Juris Doctor (JD) degree with an active license to practice law in Colorado and in good standing with the Colorado State Bar, or currently pursuing admission through reciprocity
At least 1 year of estate planning experience strongly preferred
Experience conducting client meetings and drafting estate or business planning documents preferred
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to clients
Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to exceptional client service
Excellent listening skills and a thoughtful, client-centered approach
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and exercise sound judgment
Ability to travel up to 10 percent when needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Benefits
Compensation
Base salary plus revenue bonus eligible:
Attorneys with 1 to 2 years of experience: $95,000 to $115,000 base salary
Attorneys with 3 to 5 years of experience: $115,000 to $145,000 base salary
