Mulliken Weiner Berg & Jolivet P.C. is looking for an experienced civil trial attorney to join our team!
Requirements and Qualifications:
Six or more years of civil litigation and trial experience
J.D. from an accredited law school
License to practice law in Colorado or the ability to waive in
Trial experience with a demonstrated ability to lead cases independently
Excellent legal writing skills
Top tier academic credentials, communication skills, and advocacy skills
Strong references

Case Ownership: Develop and execute case strategy as part of our Firms litigation team.
Case Analysis: Analyze complex issues and articulate clear, winning arguments.
Discovery Skills: Manage records, written discovery, depositions, and discovery disputes.
Advocacy: Tell a compelling story and present persuasive legal arguments.
Client Relationship: Act as client contact; provide well-considered strategic counsel to clients.
Trial Readiness: Try a case successfully from start to finish.

Job Type: Full-Time Exempt
Base Salary Range for 6-10 years of litigation experience: $130,000 to $180,000
Base Salary Range for ***** years of litigation experience: $170,000 to 210,000
Bonuses: Eligible for discretionary performance-based bonuses
Billable Hours Expectation: ******* billable hours per month
