Supervise front-end operations and checkout processes Train, mentor, and support cashiers and front-end team members Resolve customer concerns and ensure excellent customer service Monitor cash handling procedures and POS system accuracy Schedule staff and assign daily tasks Enforce store policies and operational proceduresSupport overall store operations and collaborate with leadership Manage lottery machine operations and front-end compliance Help improve customer experience and operational efficiency Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly front-end area What We're Looking For
Previous customer service, retail, or front-end management experience preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities Experience with cash handling and POS systems Knowledge of customer service best practices and store proceduresAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail Willingness to collaborate with fellow employee-owners and management Flexible full-time availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays) Work Environment
Fast-paced grocery store front-end environment Exposure to varying temperatures near entrances and exits Standing for extended periods; lifting up to 25-50 lbs
