Job Description: AM/PM Banquet Cook Location: The Lodge of Four Seasons, MO Lake Ozark, MO, 65049 We are seeking an experienced AM/PM Banquet Cook to join our team at our Lake Ozark location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a desire to create delicious and visually appealing dishes for our guests. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook food for banquets and events Create menus and recipes for banquets and events Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and is safe for consumption Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working order Assist with inventory and ordering of food and supplies Train and supervise kitchen staff as needed Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of experience as a banquet cook or similar role Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines Ability to lift up to 50 pounds If you are a passionate and experienced cook who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
