Duration of Assignment : This is a part-time, 1,000-hr position.
Responsibilities - What you'll do
Oversee and administer Missouri State Parks Bus Grant Program Review and enter grant reimbursements. Monitor the account for Bus Grants and assist with email triage. Organize and file grant related documents, including digitization of files.Assist with other duties as assigned. Qualifications - All you need for success
To be successful in this position, a candidate will need the following skills :
Grants Management: Knowledge of requirements, practices, and procedures for soliciting, receiving, reviewing, and processing proposals, and awarding and administering grants and agreements. Customer Service: Anticipates and meets the needs of both internal and external customers. Delivers high-quality products and services; is committed to continuous improvement.Computer Skills: Uses computers, software applications, databases, and automated systems to accomplish work. Reading Comprehension: Understands and interprets written material, including technical material, rules, regulations, instructions, reports, charts, graphs, or tables; applies what is learned from written material to specific situations.Lack of post-secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.
