Help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with Nutrien and Nutrien Ag Solutions.What You'll Do: Provide agronomictraining to sales reps Initiate and establish trials that will support marketing efforts for seed and our proprietary line of products to support division sales Interpret soil, tissue, and water analysis Research and respond to technical inquiries Develop proprietary fertilizer formulationsPublish and distribute periodic summaries of agronomic observations and research Serve as a technical sales resource for Crop Consultants on grower calls Identify specific nutritional needs and opportunities coming from the field

What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Agricultural or related major preferred 5+ years' experience in an agronomist role
