Part-time Office Assistant

Division-D is an omnichannel digital media partner serving both agencies and brands. We provide a full-service approach for our clients executing strategic media campaigns across a variety of digital channels with highly advanced audience targeting, premium inventory partnerships, and impactful ad formats at scale.We are seeking a highly organized and proactive part-time Office Assistant to oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-stocked, efficient, and comfortable work environment in Division-D's Columbia, MO office. The Office Assistant will be responsible for office supply management, organization, light cleaning, event planning, troubleshooting basic technology, and supporting HR-related administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and fostering a welcoming workplace environment.Core responsibilities include: Acting as the primary liaison with the property management company, submitting and tracking maintenance work orders as needed. Overseeing new team member onboarding, including desk and computer setup, as well as first-day orientation. Monitoring and maintaining office supply and snack inventory, ensuring timely ordering, restocking, and organization.Planning and coordinating office activities, celebrations, and team-building events to foster a positive workplace culture. Serving as the main point of contact for internal team inquiries related to office operations. Assisting team members with basic technology troubleshooting, primarily for laptops, utilizing company IT resources as needed.Maintaining cleanliness and organization in common areas, ensuring a tidy, functional, and professional workspace.
