RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and implement preventive maintenance program, plan and execute major equipment overhauls. Develop and implement work orders. Oversee training of plant employees. Project Management. Problem solving. Change management. Strategic as well as tactical.
REQUIREMENTS: AA or BS degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a food plant.
