Your Role: Lead, Motivate, Transform

As part of our Columbia team, you'll guide clients through apparatus-based workouts using Balanced Body reformers, EXO chairs, springboards, ballet barre, TRX, and more. Your classes will blend challenge and creativity while maintaining a strong focus on safety and individual client needs.

What Were Looking For:

Comprehensive Pilates Certification (minimum 450 hours, full apparatus)

Experience teaching group reformer classes

Confidence in leading effective, creative workouts for diverse clients

A motivational and upbeat teaching style

A modern take on classical Pilates principles

Punctual, dependable, and professional demeanor

A mindset for growth and entrepreneurship

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Willingness to learn studio systems (e.g., ClubReady)

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Lead group reformer classes aligned with our studios high standards

Provide private, semi-private, and introductory sessions as needed

Use various equipment to deliver engaging and safe workouts

Maintain a clean, professional studio environment

Assist with client check-ins, memberships, and retail promotion

Be a positive presence that clients and teammates look forward to seeing
