Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Controller to lead and elevate our accounting and finance operations.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this high-impact leadership role will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, audits, tax compliance, payroll support, and ERP management while partnering closely with cross-functional teams across the organization.
The ideal candidate is a proactive financial leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys turning financial data into actionable business insights.

What You'll Do
Lead day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including AP/AR, general ledger, reporting, cash management, and month-end close
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
Partner with operations and production teams to manage inventory, COGS, BOMs, and manufacturing variances
Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, audits, sales tax, and regulatory requirements
Manage ERP financial reporting and collaborate with internal and external partners, including auditors, banks, and insurance providers
Prepare and present financial insights and reporting to executive leadership and the Board
Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team while fostering a collaborative, positive culture
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA and/or MBA preferred
5+ years of progressive accounting or finance leadership experience
Manufacturing and cost accounting experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, audits, inventory accounting, and ERP systems
Analytical mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills
A collaborative, detail-oriented professional who enjoys building processes and driving continuous improvement
