Design Associate – Commercial Office Interiors
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000
We are seeking a talented Design Associate to support the planning, design, and execution of commercial office space projects.
This role works across all phases of design, helping deliver high-quality, innovative, and sustainable workplace environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with space planning, schematic design, and construction documentation
Support leasing activities and tenant improvement projects
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute design strategies
Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and quality standards
Maintain accurate drawings and as-built documentation (CAD/BIM)
Contribute to workflow coordination and project reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
2–4 years of commercial office design experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit required
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and design tools (e.g., SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of BOMA standards is a plus
