Job Description Manage and support a diverse caseload from inception through resolutionConduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation Collaborate directly with clients and senior attorneys on litigation strategy Develop strong advocacy skills in both written and oral formats Take ownership of your work and contribute meaningfully to case outcomesWe are Seeking: Minimum of 1–3 years of litigation experience (civil defense strongly preferred) Licensed to practice law in South Carolina Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Confident communicator with a client-focused mindset Highly organized with the ability to manage competing prioritiesA self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Motivated to build your professional reputation and grow within a firm
