Compensation: $95,000–$110,000 DOE Medical, dental&vision coverage❤️ Life&disability insurance 401(k) plan️ Paid holidays&PTO Exceptional company culture focused on safety, teamwork, and growth Job Details Your Role— What You’ll Do: Lead project kickoff meetings, reviewing bid documents and correspondence Negotiate contracts and subcontracts to clarify scope and mitigate risk Manage project setup logistics—submittals, RFIs, change orders, materials, labor, budgets, punch lists Place material orders afterapprovals and coordinate deliveries Present detailed work orders to production: specs, drawings, timelines, budgets Communicate closely with production teams and conduct on-site visits as needed Track Work-in-Progress (WIP), manage budgets, and perform post-project analysis Spot and manage change order opportunities: pricing, scope, negotiation Oversee project close-out: warranties, commissioning, manuals, as-builts Support billing and collections alongside the A/R Coordinator ________________________________________ What You Bring: A positive, service-first attitude—clients come first Strong organizational skills—juggling tasks and deadlines effortlessly Excellent verbal and written communication Highly accountable, independent, and proactive A professional, respectful demeanor—ready to lead on-site and in-office ________________________________________ Qualifications: Education:High school diploma required; college degree a plus Experience: 3–5 years in project management; fencing or security industry experience preferred but not required Requirements: U.S.-based with reliable commute to office and job sites Pass background checks for government-site access Valid driver’s license Interested in hearing more?
