JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
This individual will serve as a trusted partner to executives, managing daily operations, communications, and administrative functions to ensure efficiency and alignment across the organization.
This is a hybrid opportunity based in Columbia, SC with an initial 23 month contract period and strong potential to convert to full-time.
Responsibilities:
Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing conflicts, and coordinating across internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate domestic travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries) and related logistics
Prepare reports, presentations, and executive-level correspondence
Organize and support meetings, including agenda creation, logistics, and taking/distributing meeting notes
Serve as a liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external partners
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Track tasks, follow-ups, and key initiatives to ensure deliverables are completed on time
Assist with expense reporting, documentation, and general administrative support
Support office operations as needed, including event coordination and supply management
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
2+ years of experience supporting executives in an administrative or Executive Assistant capacity
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
Experience managing an executive's calendar, booking travel including flights, hotels, and rental cars.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
Compensation: $18/hr to $25/hr.
