What You'll Do as the Accounting Manager
Oversee fund accounting activities across a growing real estate portfolio
Review and manage financial reporting for investment funds and related entities
Partner closely with asset management and acquisitions teams
Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes
Support investor reporting and capital activity (contributions/distributions)
Liaise with external auditors—bringing your audit experience full circle
Drive process improvements and help scale accounting operations
What We're Looking For in an Accounting Manager
3–6+ years of experience in public accounting (Big 4 or regional firm preferred)
Audit experience with
real estate clients
(highly preferred)
CPA or actively pursuing
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Desire to transition into a hands-on, growth-oriented industry role
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
