Our client is seeking a motivated Civil Engineering Designer (EIT) to collaborate with cities, municipalities, and counties on civil land and subdivision development projects. Required Skills:

• Proficiency in creating and modifying AutoCAD Civil 3D files.
• Ability to produce comprehensive civil construction documents.
• Strong verbal and graphical communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and teamwork abilities.
• Effective time management to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Experience working with municipal, city, or land development projects preferred.
• Current EIT license or willingness to pass within 6 months.
• 2-5 years of relevant engineering experience highly preferred.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with civil land development and subdivision processes.
• Knowledge of project management and client communication.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• EIT certification (or eligible to obtain).
• Prior experience in civil design, especially involving municipal or land development projects.

Other Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel to project sites as needed.
• Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and meeting project deadlines.
• Possession of or ability to obtain relevant state licensing or certifications.
