Chief Financial Officer, Hope

Responsibilities
The Chief Financial Officer at Southwest Arkansas Regional Medical Center will be responsible for:
Managing the Medical Center's financial resources.
Supervising and coordinating functions and reimbursement, budget, patient accounting and general accounting, including general ledger accounting, accounts payable and cashiering.
Recommending budget planning guidelines to Board of Directors
Coordinating preparation of current operating and capital budgets for the Medical Center and Clinics
Presenting hospital-wide budgets to CEO for review and Board approval.
Participating with leaders from the governing body, management, medical staff and clinical areas in planning, promoting and conducting organization-wide Performance Improvement activities.
Qualifications
Candidate must have Healthcare Finance Experience.
