Our client, a dedicated community service organization, is seeking a Intake Specialist to join their team. As an Intake Specialist, you will be part of the Community Services Department supporting programs that make a meaningful difference in people's lives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate empathy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Intake Specialist Location: Clifford, IN Pay Range: $16.63 Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM What's the Job? Determine eligibility for agency programs through client intake and application processing Assist clients with completing applications and obtaining necessary documentation Educate clients on program requirements, procedures, and available services Provide referrals and connect clients with community resources and emergency services Maintain accurate and complete client records and prepare reports as required What's Needed? High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to perform client intake, eligibility determination, and documentation accurately Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to community programs Proficiency with technology and data entry systems What's in it for me?
