Job Title: Customer Service Representative / Customer Operations Coordinator Job Type Hybrid– 3 days onsite, 2 days remote Shift Timings Rotation Schedule (EST): 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Job Summary The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order processing, and coordination ofcustomer service needs with internal departments such as product availability and shipping. This role supports customers via phone, fax, and web-based communication while ensuring accurate order fulfillment and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries through phone, fax,and web channels regarding products, services, orders, scheduling, and shipping. Process product and service orders accurately within the order fulfillment system. Resolve routine and moderately complex customer questions, complaints, and requests in a timely manner. Investigate and resolve issuesrelated to shipments, credits, returns, and new orders. Monitor inventory information including stock levels, product types, and order quantities. Expedite urgent orders and coordinate replenishment actions when necessary. Set up new customer accounts and maintain customer records. Prepare reports and documentation as required. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient order processing.
