Core Responsibilities (2-3)
Support plant IT and manufacturing systems by assisting with troubleshooting, testing, and documentation of applications used on the shop floor (e.g., scanning systems, quality gates, production tracking).
Assist with data validation, reporting, and basic system updates to help ensure accuracy of production and quality information.
Participate in small improvement projects, including updating documentation, helping test enhancements, and supporting process improvements across IT and operations teams.
Required Skills / Education / Experience (2-4)
Currently enrolled in high school or college with interest in Information Technology, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, general troubleshooting, or familiarity with applications).
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a hands-on environment.
Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) (1-2)
Exposure to programming, databases, or tools such as Power Apps, SQL, or similar technologies.
Interest in manufacturing systems, automation, or process improvement.
