CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

 

Location: La Grange, GA

Job type: Permanent / Full-Time (Hybrid work available)

 

Our global foundry solutions client is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time hybrid opportunity based in LaGrange, GA.

The Customer Service Representative supports the outside sales team and is responsible for driving sales growth through proactive customer contact, quote and order management, and ensuring a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with outside sales, regional teams, and service representatives to drive aftermarket part sales

Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate internal activities in a timely and professional manner

Maintain accurate records and customer account information

Proactively reach out to customers to generate new sales opportunities

Assist in resolving accounts receivable issues

Prepare routine cost estimates and follow up on principal pricing requests

Process formal complaints, customer returns, and adjustments promptly

Accurately enter quotes and orders into internal systems

Document all account-related activity clearly and professionally

Support special projects and other assigned duties

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years of relevant customer service or industrial sales experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service within an industrial parts sales environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); CRM knowledge preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Fluency in written and spoken English

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

Flexible and open to working outside of typical responsibilities when needed
