divh2Project-Based Support Team Member/h2pAs we are in the beginning stages of opening our new consumer products facility, our equipment, processes, and production flow are being brought online in stages rather than running at a steady, fixed rhythm.
/ppInstead of overstaffing or asking full-time employees to absorb unpredictable work, we are intentionally building a project-based support team.
This small team provides extra hands when specific needs arise, such as packaging projects, sampling work, or short-term production support.
Projects are anticipated to last through the summer.
/ppWe are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who can work 4-hour shifts for short-term projects and occasional fill-in assignments.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, clear instructions, and contributing when help is neededwithout committing to a fixed weekly schedule that will compete with their Day Job.
/ppAssignments may include:/pulliCase Packaging: Special projects such as hand stacking cases (up to 25 lbs)/liliQuality: Simple testing, recording, and removal of finished products/li/ulpAfter these current projects, support staff will have the opportunity to apply for long-term relief coverage for full-time staff attending training or planned absences.
/ppTraining is provided to accommodate your schedule, and tasks are clearly defined.
Prior manufacturing experience is not required.
/ppWhat to expect:/pulliStanding for most of the 4-hour shift/liliRepeating the same motion throughout the assignment/liliWorking at a steady pace with a team nearby/liliMost of the shifts will be 6am-10am, 10am-2pm, 2pm-6pm/liliAssisting with sanitation tasks when the line is not running/li/ulpCase Packing/pulliFollowing simple stacking instructions provided at the start of the shift/liliYou will stand at the end of the line and move finished product boxes to a pallet.
/liliEach box is placed neatly to build stable, organized layers.
