Job Overview:

Infinity from Marvin is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the friendly, professional voice that guides our customers through their window and door replacement journey.
Highlights of your role:
As a CSR, you’ll be the key point of contact for our customers, ensuring every step of their project—from consultation to installation—is smooth and well-coordinated. Your responsibilities will include:
Scheduling and confirming appointments (sales, technical measurements, installations, walkthroughs)
Communicating with customers via phone, email, text, and webchat
Greeting and assisting showroom visitors, maintaining a clean and welcoming space
Supporting project managers and field staff with scheduling and customer updates
Managing job permits, invoices, and documentation using QuickBooks and CRM tools
Compensation:
$20 - $23 per hour, pay based on experience
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for customer service
Also want to make sure you have:
Comfortable using phones and technology
Ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
